Cat Thrown From RV during Accident hoping to hitch a ride home

Pearlie Harrison Found Tiger days after he was thrown from this RV in an accident near Berea.

"He was really hungry... I fed him three times that day," Harrison said. "He cleaned his plate!"

Harrison also called the number on his tag.

"I said 'Have you lost a cat?' And he was quiet for a while and said 'yes.' And he proceeded to tell me he'd been in a bad accident. That they searched for 4 hours."

"She had no place to house the kitty so we stepped in and have been housing him ever since," Eve Secrist, President of the Madison County Animal League for Life continued.

"Trying to figure out how we're gonna get Tiger home; we're hoping to hitch him a ride;" Secrist said.

With his family's cars destroyed and still nursing injuries, Secrist says she's hoping someone will help meet the family half-way.

"This family has been through so much if we could find a way to help them in their time of need;" Secrist said.

Vets with the organization do believe Tiger will be fine.
